Inviting young women to see their potential in the countries biggest stage: The White House.
Today, less than 1% of girls study Computer Science.That means in a future that is increasingly digital, we'll be missing out on all the critical ideas and innovations that women can provide. Needless to say, something has to be done about that. In a partnership with the White House, Google invited girls to be part of the Holiday Trees Ceremony in D.C., creating a lighting show with the power of code.
